Order Eligibility
All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival. In such cases, we will provide instructions to return the item at no cost to you.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing your refund. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment method, which in this case will be cash upon delivery for future orders or store credit, as applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
